The nameless bar
"Untitled".

"A carefully selected whiskey"

Slowly, under soft lighting...

This bar is like a hidden gem, where you can escape the hustle and bustle and cherish your own time.

"Untitled" is a hidden bar in Nagarekawa, Hiroshima.

About bars

Our bar specializes in whiskey highballs.

We offer a carefully selected range of Japanese and Scotch whiskies.

In order to bring out the inherent character of the whiskey,

Using 100% pure carbonated water with no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives,

Furthermore, by using single-serving cans, the carbonation is less likely to escape.

You can enjoy a fresh taste anytime.

Also, we'd like to draw attention to "Aiko," a sweet potato shochu from Yakushima.

We strive to provide you with an even higher quality cup of coffee by paying attention to the water and the vessels we use.

A relaxed space where you can easily drop by,

Please enjoy our carefully crafted cup of coffee to your heart's content.

The atmosphere of "Untitled"

Time flows quietly,
The shadows of glasses, the soft lighting—a little bit of the "atmosphere" flowing here, on Instagram.

How to make a reservation

"Reservations are accepted via our official LINE account, so please feel free to contact us."

With the desire to provide a comfortable experience for a small number of customers,

We are a small restaurant with one table and two counter seats.

" At the counter seats, you can relax and enjoy the current situation ."

JAPANESE WHISKY

Japanese whisky is a brewing method learned in Scotland, refined using Japan's water and climate.

This is a drink that emphasizes delicacy, harmony, and a quiet, lingering finish, rather than flashiness.

"Untitled". Imo Shochu Aiko

Sweet potato shochu

We have recreated the sweet potato shochu "Aiko" that we tasted on Yakushima Island, preserving the exact same flavor we experienced there. It is served in a matcha bowl made of Yakusugi cedar, so please enjoy it.
